Cashew Coconut Truffles
I always say, cooking is an act of love, simple, but one that touches deeply people who are beside us. This week is more than special, Christmas are coming, New Year already at the door. And here is a great idea to give specials gifts. Or, to include as dessert after dinner.
Super healthy and full of nutrients.
200 g of cashew nuts;
30 g of bloomed amaranth;
30 g of agave juice;
50 g of dates (leave in water and then puree;
1 pinch of salt
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Combine all ingredients, except grated coconut, in a bowl with a fork. Make small balls and roll in the grated coconut. Then put in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes
