Vegan Pizza Dough

I love this pizza! It has a special touch.
The dough is very different from the traditional one.
It is made only with sweet potato and oatmeal.
I decided to do it because, usually, after I ate pizza, I felt a bit bloated.
And as I can not live without pizza, I thought to bake a new healthy and delicious version.
It is here, ready for you.

What you need to prepare the dough:
- 250 grams of sweet potato;
- 10 tablespoons olive oil;
- 200 grams of oatmeal (ground) or one of your own.
Instruction:
Boil the potatoes very soft. Knead well as puree or use a kitchen machine. Gradually, add the flour and olive oil.
Season to taste. Normally I season with a bit of garlic and salt.
To open the dough:
On a flat surface, lay baking paper and daubs with olive oil.
Place the dough on the baking paper.
Then put on top of the dough plastic wrap. Then with a dough roller, open the dough.
Bake the dough in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes.
Remove the dough from the oven.
Then, add the filling to taste and bake for another 10 minutes.
